    This tool enables safe and easy authentication of banking transactions through biometric recognition (fingerprint / Touch ID / Face ID) or a 6-digit SecurePIN.

    How to apply PB SecureSign?

    Simply log into your PB engage MY app.

    1. If you haven’t activated PB SecureSign on another device before, it will automatically prompt you to do so.
    2. If you have previously activated PB SecureSign on a different device, you need to unbind that device first. You can do this in the app by going to Settings > Device Management.
    3. Once you have completed the unbinding process, you can proceed with activating PB SecureSign on your current device.
    4. This is an important security step designed to keep your account safe.

    PB SecureSign ensures that only you can access your account from your device. The app’s user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate through these settings.

    How to register PB SecureSign?

    Here are the guide on how to register PB SecureSign:

    1. Input your bank-registered IC number, passport number, or Armed Force number for identity verification.
    2. Establish a novel 6-digit SecurePIN.
    3. Confirm your new 6-digit SecurePIN by re-entering it.
    4. Opt to register for biometric approval (not mandatory).
    5. Validate your PB SecureSign activation using your registered PAC or SecureSign Token.

    How to activate PB SecureSign?

    Here are the guide on how to activate PB SecureSign:

    1. Make sure that you have completed the application and registration for a PB SecureSign account.
    2. Choose one of the following methods to activate your PB SecureSign:
    • Visit a Public Bank’s ATM/CRM
    • Head to any Public Bank’s Branch
    • Email [email protected] for assistance

    Once activated, wait for a mandatory 12-hour cooling-off period. After this cooling-off period, you can use PB SecureSign to approve transactions.

    What is the eligibility for PB SecureSign?

    What is Public Bank SecurePIN?

    SecurePIN is a unique 6-digit personal identification number (PIN) created by users during the PB SecureSign registration.

    This PIN is used to authorize banking transactions and must always remain confidential.

    Users are advised to avoid weak PINs such as 123456 or 333888, and refrain from using personal information like date of birth, ID number, or mobile number as a SecurePIN.

    For PB engage DuitNow QR users, your 6-digit QR payment PIN will automatically become your SecurePIN.
