It gives access to programmes and platforms such as SKAS (Sumbangan Keperluan Asas Sarawak), the S Pay Global e-wallet, eRecruitment and Service Sarawak.

What Services Use SarawakID (SarawakPass)?

How to Register SarawakID (SarawakPass)?

You can register a SarawakID account online or through the mobile app:

  1. Visit the official portal at spass-public.sarawak.gov.my, or download the SarawakID (SarawakPass) app from the App Store, Google Play or Huawei AppGallery.
  2. Choose to register as a Malaysian (using MyKad) or non-Malaysian (using passport). Applicants must be aged 13 and above.
  3. Enter your details and complete eKYC verification, a face scan together with your MyKad, to verify your identity.
  4. Set your password. Once verified, your SarawakID is active and ready to use across Sarawak services.

If you already have a SarawakID account that is not yet verified, you can verify it at a Service Sarawak counter.

How to Login SarawakID?

To log in to your SarawakID account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the SarawakID (SarawakPass) login page, or open the SarawakID app.
  2. Enter your SarawakID (often your MyKad number) in the designated field.
  3. Enter your password in the designated field.
  4. Click on the "Login" button.

Besides a password, the SarawakID (SarawakPass) app also supports face verification and QR code login for faster, more secure sign-in.

If you are logging in to a SarawakID Corporate Account, the steps are a bit more detailed:

  1. Go to the login page and click on the "Login" button.
  2. Enter your Login ID and click the "Next" button.
  3. A secret image and word will be shown. Click the "YES" button to proceed if the secret image and word are correct.
  4. Select "My Corporate Account" to proceed.
  5. Enter the corporate email and click the "NEXT" button.
  6. Enter your password and click the "NEXT" button.
  7. Click on the "REQUEST OTP" (One-Time Password) button, and an OTP will be sent to the registered email address.
  8. Enter the OTP and click the "NEXT" button to proceed.
  9. Upon successful login, the corporate profile page will be displayed.
